ChildSafe Cardboard Kids Reveal Day

ChildSafe Cardboard

Texas A&M-San Antonio participates in the ChildSafe Cardboard Kids program, a child abuse prevention campaign to create awareness about child abuse and neglect and a mission of ending child abuse in Bexar County. Each of the two-foot tall cardboard figures shaped like children represent one of the thousands of children that are abused and neglected at the hands of adults in our community each year. During today's "Reveal Day," one dozen cardboard kids, decorated by your fellow Jaguars, will be seen around campus. If you see a Cardboard Kid around campus, please read the information on the back, then take a picture of the Cardboard Kid and share him or her on your favorite social network with the hashtag #CardboardKidsSA.
