Kite Making - Colombia

In Colombia, annually, there is a kite-flying festival around August. It is called the Wind and Kite Festival, people from all over the world travel to Villa de Leyva for the 2-day Kite flying festival. The main objective of this event is to familiarize the students with the festival and have them make kites and, if weather permits, fly them outside. This would be great for the University because it shows the students having fun and possibly a contest to see who can make the best kite!
