DREAMERS

Undocumented / DREAMERS

Community collaborations and a culture of supportiveness strongly support the success of current and prospective DREAMERS at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. As we continue to move forward in providing services to any student navigating issues around their immigration status, the Student Counseling Center (SCC) continues to actively advocate for holistic care that is specifically focused on mental health. Thus, our role is to ensure that all students have a safe and welcoming environment where they feel supported and validated.

The SCC welcomes students experiencing varying immigration concerns and unrelated issues that may relate to complex family dynamics, romantic relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and other mental health concerns.

If you are experiencing any of these concerns or are interested in receiving mental health services, please get in touch with the Student Counseling Center by calling 210-784-1331 any time Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, to schedule an appointment with a licensed clinician.
