TV Monitors

When designing for the TV monitors around campus, please keep in mind that:

  1. What works for print does NOT work for TV
  2. The image only appears on the screen for a few seconds before moving to the next slide

All flyers must also include the following statement: Persons with disabilities needing accommodations may contact (sponsor of event) in advance.

Our events are key to our student growth, however, the TV images must be CONCISE with a call-to-action for additional information.

Again, University Communications suggests using www.canva.com as a resource for designing your images. Make sure that you setthesize as 3840x2160 pixels and you utilize University colors and imagery. Canva is a free resource, all you need to do is sign up.
