As of September 2024, all password requests that require a temporary password and changes to a phone number in DUO will not only require your date of birth and the last four digits of your social security number or ID. We will now also verify your identity via Zoom. For this additional identification process, all users are required to have one of the following forms of identification:
- State Issued Driver's License
- State Issued ID
- State Issued School ID (This does not include public school ID)
- Military ID
Note: If there is any information you do not want to be visible, please cover it with your thumb.
The main purpose of this process is to ensure that the customer matches the photo on the approved identification. During this verification, we will also ask you to turn your ID to confirm its authenticity.
