NCFDD provides on-demand access to the mentoring, tools, and support needed to be successful in the Academy. Faculty Testimonial

Adrianna M. Santos Headshot

"The 14-day writing challenge is one of the many resources the NCFDD provides that help keep faculty focused on research projects throughout the year. Juggling teaching and service responsibilities can be tricky sometimes so the accountability and support of daily encouragement and structure really help to jump start my writing each semester. It is especially helpful at the end of a project to get it from "in progress" to "submit." I would recommend this to anyone who wants to clear something off their desk, move a project through their publication pipeline, and get their research out to more people. I hope to see more people from A&M-San Antonio participate in the next challenge!"
