Danny Zimmermann is co-founder and Executive Principal of Cleary Zimmermann Engineers and is responsible for managing the firm’s business and financial affairs. A mechanical engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the HVAC design and construction industry, he is also a minority shareholder of Moose Engineers, a HUB MEP firm. He is an effective leader with strict attention to detail and an assertive communication style. Danny comes from a contracting background, and his approach to design is rooted in practical application. His broad experience includes complex HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for academic facilities, hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics, clinical and research laboratories, and senior living communities. In recognition of his aspiring business leadership, the San Antonio Business Journal distinguished him in 2008 as a “40 Under 40 Rising Star.”
