Pathways to Success

What is it?

Discovery Pathways are comprised of a series of activities that foster academic, personal, and career interests in a variety of industries for A&M-SA students. Discovery pathways aim to help students with major and career affinity, aligning their passion and past experiences with the current and future needs of society. Discovery pathways take into consideration the following three items: 1) Pathways are structured programs and initiatives that help students explore potential career paths and confirm academic major selection; 2) Pathways help students recognize and leverage aspects of their identity and talents; and 3) Pathways are forward thinking and anticipatory in the needs of a future society, helping students to participate in and work towards creative solutions.
