National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)

Attention all first-year and senior undergraduate students enrolled in the spring semester: you are invited to participate in NSSE 2024! Your opinion matters!

What is NSSE?

Through its student survey, The College Student Report, NSSE annually collects information at hundreds of four-year colleges and universities about first-year and senior students' participation in programs and activities that institutions provide for their learning and personal development. The results estimate how undergraduates spend their time and what they gain from attending college.

How to complete the NSSE Survey?

Check your student email for a message from NSSE (nsse@nssesurvey.org). The link to the NSSE survey in each email is unique to the recipient. After clicking the link, you will be directed to the survey hosted by NSSE. Students completing the study through this unique link are automatically registered in a drawing.

How will I be contributing to A&M-SA?

Texas A&M University-San Antonio encourages students to participate in completing this survey to help improve student success and undergraduate experience. A&M-San Antonio uses this data to indicate aspects of student engagement that can be improved through changes in policy and practices. These results also help identify how students spend their time and what they gain from their experiences. If you have any questions about the project at A&M-San Antonio or would like additional information, please get in touch with Reed Vesey at saa@tamusa.edu.
