ITS Governance

ITS engages with and works in collaboration and partnership with the campus and its stakeholders through an established governance framework consisting of the following:

  • President's Leadership Council (PLC)
  • Staff Council
  • Academic Leadership (Provost, Deans, and Faculty Senate)

Records Management

Texas A&M University-San Antonio maintains a records management program.  This program is designed to identify, preserve and protect state records in a consistent, efficient, and economical manner. In order for the records management program to be effective University, departments must establish an effective records management program and have in place management plans that best suit them.

The University’s records management program is managed by the University's  Records Officer.  The Records Officer is designated by the University's President. All questions related to records management at Texas A&M University-San Antonio should be directed to the Records Officer at   recordsofficer@tamusa.edu .
