Important Deadlines for Graduate Students

Below are several deadlines for Graduate Students who plan to graduate in 2023-2024.

Not all graduate programs require a Thesis. If you have questions about the requirements for your degree program, please check with your Academic Advisor.

Fall 2023 Deadline

November 24th - Draft due to Office of Graduate Studies (Submitted after defense and committee approval)

December 1st - Edits/Suggestions back to the student

December 8th - Final Draft (with all corrections made) due to the Office of Graduate Studies

Spring 2024 Deadline

April 16th - Draft due to Office of Graduate Studies (Submitted after defense and committee approval)

April 23rd - Edits/Suggestions back to the student

April 30th - Final Draft (with all corrections made) due to the Office of Graduate Studies

If the date listed falls on a Saturday or Sunday the deadline will then default to the Monday immediately following the deadline.

**Graduate Theses are due the same semester the course is completed. The due dates above are set to allow time for the Office of Graduate Studies to review each project and provide feedback in a timely manner.
