Apply Facilities and Administration (F&A) Rate Agreement
This rate is set by the exigent agency, which in this case would be DHHS. Since A&M-SA has not been awarded a direct federal grant, we do not yet have an approved F&A rate.
However, if the RFP specifies a $$ F&A rate, we can use that for the budget.
