High School & College

Do you have a high school class or group of college students you want to bring to Texas A&M-San Antonio to learn more about becoming a Jaguar? High School and College Group Tours will have the opportunity to tour campus with a current student and design a visit that meets your students’ needs including learning how to be involved on campus! The team is ready to welcome groups of 10 to 50 students from college and high school. The high school and college group tours are available daily (Monday-Friday) at 11:30 am!

Elementary, Middle School, and Community Groups

It’s never too early to start thinking about college! Bring your elementary, middle school, and community group (ex. Boys & Girls Club, youth groups, etc.) to learn not only what it means to be a college student, but explore what a University is, how they can become a Jaguar, and more! Come visit A&M-San Antonio with your K-8 or community group.  These tours will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 am. Select the button below to complete the form to get in touch on tour availability.

Group Tour Frequently Asked Questions

What tour type should I book for my group?

High School and College Group Tours are designed for high school and college level students who are interested in learning more about A&M-San Antonio including the application, financial aid, and scholarship process, as well as tour campus with a current student. High School and College Group Tours can also select an experience, such as getting involved on campus and athletics, to learn more about the University. Elementary, Middle School, and Community Group Tours are designed for Kinder-8th grade students to learn more about college, pathways to higher education, and what it means to be a Jaguar! This Group Tour also welcomes community groups like youth groups, Boys & Girls Club, and more! Unsure of which group tour experience to select, contact us at (210) 784-1300.

How do I know what day/times you have available?

Visit the calendar for High School and College group tours to see the upcoming dates available. High School and College Group Tours take place daily (Monday-Friday) at 11:30 am. Elementary, Middle School, and Community Group Tours take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am

When will I get my confirmation for the group tour I requested?

Once the registration form is complete, expect a response to your request within 1 to 2 business days from our Group Tour Coordinator. Your confirmation email will include your schedule, group tour date and time, parking instructions and safety guidelines.

Where do I park and/or where do we meet for our tour?

Confirmation emails will be sent out with further instructions and what to expect on the day of your visit. Please refer to your confirmation email for parking lot directions and meet-up spot!

How many students can I bring on the tour?

Our group tours are designed to accommodate groups of 10 to 50 students. For questions on accommodating a larger group size, please contact your tour's coordinator.

Is there a fee for group tours?

Signing up for a group tour is free but registration is required!

How much time in advance should I schedule our group tour?

Please schedule your group tour no later than a week out! Plan ahead as the calendar can book up quickly.
