How to upload Exam into AIM
In this video, you will learn how to upload an exam into AIM.
Visit our website and scroll down to the bottom
of the page until you see additional resources.
Under faculty and staff,
select "Instructor AIM Log-in".
Sign in using your Jaguar credentials.
Please read the following prior to completing the form,
by clicking on the following button,
I acknowledge that I have received and understand
the school's FERPA Policy as it pertains to student records.
FERPA confidentiality statement, along with the right to access the records of students,
comes with a responsibility to maintain the rights of students,
particularly as outlined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, FERPA.
Student records are open to members of the faculty and
staff who have a legitimate need to know their contents.
However, you do have a responsibility to maintain confidentiality.
Reminders, please refrain from using shared or public computers.
Remember to sign out and close the browser completely
after you are finished accessing this information.
Once you have read the reminders,
select "Continue to view student accommodations".
Under views and tools,
select accessible testing, then select list exams.
Please note, a student may be on the list multiple times.
A student's name will show up for each exam request made.
Select from the drop-down list,
upload file to exams.
Click the checkbox next to the students who requested the exam.
Then click "Confirm your Selections".
After selecting, confirm your selections,
you will be brought to the upload page.
Click "Choose File",
then browse for the exam file.
Optionally, a note can be added to the file, select "Upload Exam".
Once the exam has been uploaded,
the status column will be updated to show that the exam was attached.
At the bottom of the list Exams page,
there is a summary of all uploaded exams with options to view,
delete and the link to access the completed Exams page.
