President's Leadership Class Application

During the spring semester, graduating high school seniors and incoming first-year students can apply to be part of the President's Leadership Class (PLC). Our application is housed within the JagSync portal. If you are having trouble logging into the JagSync portal, please get in touch with the Cisneros Institute at (210) 784-2484.

The application looks at three main areas: Academics, Leadership, and Character. 

1. Academics: High school transcript, ACT or SAT scores, top 15% in graduating class, or a 3.5 GPA or higher. 
2. Leadership: Leadership experiences, volunteer work, honor & awards, and work experience.
3. Character: Integrity, honesty, and commitment to yourself, the university, and the broader community.

Note: We encourage students to have a friend, family member, mentor, or teacher review their application before submitting it to ensure accuracy.
