The Beacon Food Truck Preview

Get a sneak peek of The Beacon Food Truck, and we mean it this time! The truck will be on campus on Tuesday, April 25 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., located near Esperanza Hall, as seen on the map above. 

The Beacon Food Truck offers a range of smothered tortas, home fries and sweet treats. Show your Jaguar spirit and enjoy lunch on Tuesday! Details for permanent food trucks are forthcoming.
