To recognize steadfast commitment to community service, the White House recently honored 13 Texas A&M University-San Antonio students and one student organization with the President's Volunteer Service Award. The awardees collectively contributed more than 2,500 volunteer service hours in 2017 and were recognized during an on-campus ceremony on President's Day (February 19).
