Faculty Promotion and Salary Raise

Texas A&M University-San Antonio provides for faculty salary raises following promotion according to the following scheme:

Promoted From	Promoted To	Salary Increase
Lecturer	Senior Lecturer	Greater of $4,500 or 10% of Salary
Instructional Assistant Professor	Instructional Associate Professor	Greater of $4,500 or 9% of Salary
Instructional Associate Professor	Instructional Professor	Greater of $5,500 or 10% of Salary
Assistant Professor	Associate Professor	Greater of $4,500 or 9% of Salary
Clinical Assistant Professor	Clinical Associate Professor	Greater of $4,500 or 9% of Salary
Clinical Associate Professor	Clinical Professor	Greater of $5,500 or 10% of Salary
Associate Professor	Professor	Greater of $5,500 or 10% of Salary
