Completion of this degree plan requires admission to the Educator Preparation Program (EPP) and successful completion of required field residencies and student teaching.
Students must earn a grade of “C” or better in the following courses: EDCI 1301, ENGL 1301, ENGL 1302, MATH 1314, MATH 1350, MATH 1351, SPCH 1315, and 2 Life & Physical Sciences. Students must also maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75.
ESL Endorsement Option: requires students to complete 9 EDBL hours by taking EDBL 3315 Second Language Acquisition, EDBL 3340 Applied Linguistics, and EDBL 3321 Methods for Teaching Non-English Speaking Children.
