Homeless Students and Housing Insecurity

The Dean of Students Office provides students with the resources they need to meet their basic needs so they are able to focus on their academic coursework, increase student performance, retention, and graduation rates, and contribute to a healthy, stable, and educated community.

The Dean of Students Office will demonstrate respect and care for each student as we endeavor to deeply understand your needs and work to help you remove barriers to critical basic-needs resources.  The Dean of Students Office is available to assist students who are facing homelessness and housing insecurity by removing these barriers through a variety of services and resources:

  • Referrals to community resources and shelters
  • Connections to financial resources
  • Discussion of housing resources
  • Connections to the General’s Store – Our Campus’s Food Pantry
