Counselor to U.S. Secretary of Treasury Leads Economic Opportunity Zone Discussion at A&M-SA

On Wednesday, Oct. 31, Daniel Kowalski, counselor to the U.S. Secretary of Treasury, gave a presentation followed by a Q&A session on Economic Opportunity Zones at A&M-SA. This was Counselor Kowalski's first public presentation on the topic following the posting of related rules for public comment on Oct. 19. Congressman Will Hurd facilitated the visit to A&M-SA to discuss the investment program with local development investors. Joining Counselor Kowalski as a panelist for the Q&A was Victor Miramontes, co-founder and vice chairman of Cityview. David Adelman of Area Real Estate, LLC, moderated the session.
