Continuous Improvement Plan

Plan-Do-Study-Act: This problem solving model is based on 4 stages and utilizes data to improve programs, departments, and the College of Education & Human Development. It also used to test changes that have been implemented.

PLAN: describe objective, change, or prediction; plan for data collection DO: run test, discuss results, collect more data STUDY: analyze data, compare outcomes with predictions, summarize learning ACT: decide how to proceed, make changes, begin cycle again.
