Email Signatures

Email from a "tamusa.edu" address is considered official university correspondence. Only official TAMUSA logos and icons are permitted in email signatures under the standard approved email signature. Email signatures should not include unofficial images, such as JPG, PNG or SVG files. Confidentiality statements are superfluous, as any correspondence from a tamusa.edu address is subject to open record requests. Limit use of university or college taglines to one and hyperlink tamusa.edu website addresses. You may include official university colors. Arial or Georgia fonts may be used at 10 pt size.

If desired, gender pronouns may be added to an email signature. Pronouns should be displayed in parentheses immediately after the person’s name, used in lowercase, italic and separated by forward slash.
