Insitutional Delegate Registration

The investiture ceremony will include an academic procession of delegates from other colleges and universities, as well as Texas A&M University-San Antonio faculty.

If you are attending as the representative of an institution of higher education, we welcome you to march in the official processional at the Investiture Ceremony of President Salvador Hector Ochoa.

In order to be included in the Investiture program, delegates must complete registration by September 3, 2024.

*Delegates participating in the academic procession are requested to furnish their own academic regalia. Full information and confirmation will be sent to the delegates prior to the investiture.

Processional will form at 9:30 a.m.
