Guaranteed Tuition Plan
Effective Fall 2018, undergraduate resident students default into a Jaguar Guaranteed Tuition and Fee Plan at the point of admission acceptance. The Guaranteed Tuition and Fee Plan is locked in for the next four academic years (8 long semesters), and will not increase.
First time students may opt out the Jaguar Guaranteed Plan on or before the census date for their initial term. Guaranteed Plans eliminate uncertainty about future tuition increases, allowing students and parents to accurately prepare their education budget while encouraging on-time graduation. To opt out of the Guaranteed Plan, students must contact Student Business Services. Once a student opts out, they cannot re-enroll in a Guaranteed Plan.
The Guaranteed Plan covers: Statutory Tuition, Designated Tuition, and All Mandatory Fees (International Education Fee, Rec Sports Fee, University Services Fee). It does not cover Ebook course fees, lab fees, or optional fees such as field trip fees, parking permits, etc.
