WHO: | Texas A&M University System Chancellor John Sharp, A&M-SA President Cynthia Teniente-Matson, Congressman Will Hurd, Mayor Ron Niremberg and other community officials will participate in the celebration and groundbreaking. The Harlandale High School Drumline, the A&M-SA Jaguarettes and a Mariachi band will provide entertainment. |
