Student Information

Student Counseling CenterThe Student Counseling Center (SCC) provides brief individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, consultation, case management, and prevention services. These services can help support students’ academic and life goals as well as enhance their personal growth and well-being. 

Quiet Room - The Quiet Room at Texas A&M University-San Antonio is intended to provide a safe, calming, and comforting virtual environment for the A&M- SA community to learn and strengthen their coping skills. Located in Madla 120. 30 min. reservation available by walk-in or phone call at 210-784-1331. Hours: 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. | 1P.M. to 4 P.M.

TELUS Student Support App - TELUS is an online, student support app that allows you as a student 24/7 access to professional counseling by phone or chat in multiple languages! With the TELUS app, you have access to multimedia content, health assessments, and virtual fitness. Most importantly, master's level counselors are available to you if you’re in crisis, want to connect in the moment, or want to schedule an appointment for later.

Jaguar/Work Life Solutions (Employee Assistance Program) - EAP programs usually offer in-person and telephonic counseling services, training, and have resources to help employees deal with all kinds of stressful issues from parenting to death of a loved one to conflicts at work.
